SSA Sport Star Academy Terms and Conditions

SPORT STAR ACADEMY INDIA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY JOINING OUR PROGRAMS, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I give permission for my child to attend and participate in all activities within the Sport Star Academy (SSA) program selected.
By enrolling in an SSA program for the term, you agree to join our academy program and, if selected, for us to store your payment details. You will automatically be charged for the next term at the end of each current term. You will be notified in advance and have the option to remove your child from the program.
If you do not wish to continue, you must contact your SSA coach, local area manager, or email info@sporstaracademy.com within the specified time frame. Failure to do so will result in your registered payment method being charged.

You agree to be automatically charged every 12 months for the Annual Registration Fee if still enrolled in an SSA program.
You will receive an email notifying you of the upcoming charge.
In compliance with Indian regulations, any automatic charges exceeding INR 5,000 will require explicit confirmation before processing.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting the SSA head office or your local area manager.

If you do not wish to continue after your trial, you must notify SSA head office immediately upon completion of your last trial session.
Failure to do so will result in automatic enrollment in the full term (costs will be pro-rata).

While all care and caution are taken at all times, SSA cannot accept liability for any injury sustained while participating in our programs unless due to gross negligence.
Parents/Guardians and children participate at their own risk and indemnify SSA and its staff against claims arising from injury, illness, or mishap.
SSA is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during sessions.

Any medical conditions must be fully disclosed in the registration details provided during enrollment.
You consent to your child receiving medical/ambulance attention in case of emergency and agree to cover any associated costs.

SSA operates a no-refund policy for a change of mind or missed classes unless due to extreme medical conditions, supported by valid documentation.
If you miss a session, a make-up class may be available subject to space in another session, but availability is not guaranteed.
Transfers to another sport are allowed if space is available, subject to prior arrangement with SSA management.

SSA may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including marketing collateral and social media.
Parents/Guardians must provide explicit written consent before SSA uses images or videos of participants for marketing purposes.
Participants can opt out at any time by notifying SSA management in writing.

SSA adheres to Child Safe Standards, including policies, codes of conduct, and reporting procedures.
Participants must wear suitable clothing and footwear. SSA uniforms are required (except for trial sessions). Jewelry is not permitted.
Parents/Guardians and children must respect SSA coaches, staff, and decisions at all times.
Participants must respect and not damage SSA equipment.
No food or drinks (except water) are allowed on the playing surface.
All parents/guardians and children will respect others regardless of gender, culture, religion, or ability.

Families may take videos/photos for personal use only.
Parents/Guardians should be mindful when sharing images of other children on social media.
SSA may use images or videos for promotional purposes with prior consent.

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation as per Indian legal practices.

By enrolling in Sport Star Academy India, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
